More about Heather:"My name is Heather Grace and I am an IFBB Professional Figure athlete. I live in Centennial, CO and work as personal trainer, nutrition consultant, and contest prep coach.
I am extremely passionate about my family, training, and my work. I maintain a high level of expectation for myself in an attempt to honor and exceed the expectations of those that matter the most. I am far from perfect but hope to exemplify a life God would approve of and am grateful for the opportunity to inspire others toward true lifestyle transformation.
I fervently believe in opportunity through gratitude and am constantly humbled and overwhelmed by the feedback I receive through my work. I am incredibly blessed to be able to do the things I love and EXTREMELY fortunate to be supported by my AMAZING family and circle of friends.
